The success of our organisation is based on loyal individuals whose role is not only that of an employee but one where each person, through his or her skills, is an essential asset to our team. This atmosphere and collective spirit is one of the keys to the thriving growth of the Team and the well-being of our horses.

This team is made up of Chiara and Yann, whose functions are complementary. Whereas Chiara accompanies me to competitions, Yann manages the horses and the numerous tasks in the stables.

Their business is their passion, which is how they have achieved such a high standard in all their skills. Every day, they look after our horses, work them on the flat, drive the lorries and deal with the logistics and feeding.

Thanks to them, our horses are treated like top athletes.

Chiara and Yann are the essential links in the organisation and in the smooth running of the stables.

A wonderful, 15-year adventure enjoyed with Team Harmony and more than 20 years of continuous collaboration with Ingrid Norman are a source of pride for me and proof of integrity in our work.

Several names of horses illustrate, in themselves, the success of this collaboration: on the one hand, Polinska des Isles, D’Atlantique Royale, Cero and Ornellaia for Princess Haya and, on the other, Kannan, Ivoire du Rouet, Ivoor and Casanova for Ingrid.
